Welcome to WatchFixBase. By accessing our website or using our luxury watch repair services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Scope of Services

WatchFixBase provides diagnostic, maintenance, and repair services for luxury wristwatches. All services are performed by certified technicians or trusted partners under strict quality control.

2. Client Responsibilities

• You agree to provide accurate information about your watch and its condition.
• You agree to safely package your timepiece for delivery if using mail-in service.
• You are responsible for insuring your item during transit, unless otherwise agreed.

3. Pricing and Payment

Initial diagnostics may be free or charged depending on the brand. Final quotes are provided before work begins. Full or partial prepayment may be required based on the nature of the service.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a fair refund policy under the following conditions:

• If you cancel the service before repair work begins, you are eligible for a full refund.
• If work has already begun, you may receive a partial refund based on unrecoverable costs (e.g., parts ordered or time spent).
• No refunds will be issued after the repair is completed and approved by the customer.
• To request a refund, please email us at support@watchfixbase.com with your order number and reason.

5. Warranty

We provide a limited warranty of 6 months on completed repairs. This warranty does not cover misuse, accidents, water damage (unless water-seal testing is performed), or third-party intervention.

6. Liability

WatchFixBase is not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage or defects not disclosed at intake
• Loss or theft due to incorrect shipping information provided by the client
• Manufacturer’s inherent flaws

7. Confidentiality

All customer data and watch details are kept confidential and will not be shared without your consent.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes shall be settled in the jurisdiction of the Canton of Aargau.
